It’s customer journey map time!

Let me share with you the customer journey map for my calligraphy workshop business. It starts from awareness, where my customer saw calligraphy samples in an event she attended, and ends with decision- she finally signs up! As you will observe, the first image only maps the journey before the actual workshop. I continued mapping for the “arrival”/ pre-event, during, and after service!
