Principles for Good Resources

Now that we know more about our learners, and we’ve reviewed the different ways that people can learn, it’s time to think about learning resources: what qualities do we look for in good learning resources? Here are some guide questions that you can think about:

• What knowledge, skills, and attitudes do I want my learner to have after experiencing their playlist?
• Knowing what knowledge, skills, and attitudes I want them to have, what kinds of learning resources would help them achieve this?
• Based on what I know about them, what types of resources or materials resonate with my learners?
